My pool access room was spacious. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic, yet adequate, located beautifully on the scenic west side.
The hot water ran only for a short time. I couldn't fill the bath with hot water. I also noticed stains on our bedsheets. The ponds outside the rooms are very dirty and have not been well maintained.

pleasant stay near the beach
high quality friendly staff available kayaks breakfast options
the hotel maintained a high level of quality . the staff were friendly, and the amenities remained excellent. i found kayaks available which i used . the breakfast buffet provided many options.
the power went out on the morning of my departure. i had to pack in the dark, made things a little stressful.

I had a jacuzzi villa with a comfortable bed. It was very spacious. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. there was also ambient lighting. i found the separate bath and shower were useful.

alcohol absence breakfast basics
the room was spacious. it had appropriate amenities. the fridge worked well and there was good wifi.
the resort does not sell alcohol, i learned. it's a shame because it has a terrace with tables on the edge of the beach. there were not enough sunbeds for all guests. i needed to ask for basics at breakfast like bananas because supplies were not replenished quickly.

great location near everything
beautiful garden roaming lizards secluded pool
the gardens look beautiful and is maintained daily. i spot many monitor lizards roam the hotel. the secluded pool is nice. breakfasts offer nice view.
rooms felt super damp. i could barely spend much time in the room. i asked to move to another room but there were none available so i slept in a smelly room.

murky film miserable staff
the main pool looked inviting with flowers, but the pool near the front was dirty. a murky film covered it. the entire resort require tlc. the breakfast wasnt amazing. the staff looked miserable, it affected the atmosphere negatively.

short walk helpful staff well anointed room great fauna
i liked the short walk to the beach. staff were informative. my room had good facilities. the outdoor environment featured interesting fauna.
i found a basic breakfast with a very long wait for eggs. it was not ideal. it was a minor inconvenience.

The room provided a hairdryer. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. drying hair happened in the hallway. one key attached to a large paddle operated lights and air conditioning, ensuring comfort upon return.

clean pool lush garden great location
the location was great with a nice pool and walking distance to all attractions. i enjoyed the lush gardens. the pool was clean.
the breakfast was not good , wasps were around the jams and spreads and no one did anything to stop it.
